How do I update my shareholding details?

How you update your shareholding details will depend on your individual circumstances. Most individual issuer sponsored shareholders can change their details online via Computershare’s website; by writing to or phoning Computershare.

If you wish to change your address details by phone, you will need to provide your Security Reference Number (SRN) and confirm your full name and old address. All other issuer sponsored investors (joint holders, companies, etc) can download a change of address form from the Computershare website and mail this to:

Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited
GPO Box 2975, Melbourne Vic 3001

CHESS sponsored shareholders must change their address details via their broker.

How do I receive a copy of the Adbri Limited’s annual report?

The annual report is available on our website. For shareholders that have requested a hard copy, the annual report will be automatically mailed to you. Copies can be requested by emailing us.

How can I be removed from the annual report mailing list?

Do I need to keep my shareholding statements?

Shareholders should keep shareholding statements for tax purposes. Shareholder statements also contain your unique Securityholder Reference Number (SRN or HIN) so they should be stored in a safe place.

How do I change my CHESS registration details?

You will need to do this through the stockbroker with whom you hold shares.

Can I have dividends paid directly into my bank account?

Yes, contact our share registry, Computershare, and update your details.

You can update your payment instructions, DRP elections, tax file number and email details on the Computershare’s Investor Centre.

How do I change my name on the share register?

You must tell Computershare of the change in writing. If you wish to change your registered name on an Issuer Sponsored holding, you should provide Computershare with the following information: your Security Reference Number (SRN), old name and registered address, your new name in full, your signature in your new name and a certified copy of any supporting documentation, such as your marriage certificate. A change of name form can be found on Computershare’s website. If your shares are held in a CHESS account (HIN), you will need to update your details through your stockbroker wit whom you hold shares.

Can I stop receiving multiple copies of shareholders information?

If you receive more than one copy of company information, it is because Computershare is holding two or more accounts for you on the share register. You can stop receiving multiple copies of communication by updating your details.

If you would like to have multiple Issuer Sponsored accounts combined into one, you should contact Computershare for a form to request consolidation of your holdings. You can download a ‘Request to consolidate holdings’ form from Computershare’s website. There is no charge for doing this.

If you wish to consolidate separate Issuer Sponsored and CHESS holdings, you should contact your broker and they will explain what has to be done.
