Chief Executive Officer
Nick commenced as Chief Executive Officer with Adbri in late January 2019 and has over 25 years’ experience in the construction and resource sectors. He previously held the position of Managing Director and CEO of Broadspectrum, and prior to that was Managing Director of Fulton Hogan, a large resource-based contractor specialising in construction materials, infrastructure services and civil construction activities across Australia and New Zealand.
Chief Financial Officer
Theresa is a finance executive with over 30 years’ experience in the resources, materials and construction sectors. Theresa was previously the Chief Financial Officer of ASX listed diversified mining services company, Perenti Limited, and prior to this was Chief Financial Officer of Fulton Hogan, Thiess, Macmahon Holdings and Barminco Ltd. Theresa has extensive experience in financial risk management, company transformation (including M&A) and strategy development and delivery. Theresa is a former Chair for Mining3 and has previously served on business and industry committees for not-for-profit entities including the Salvation Army and Social Ventures Australia.
Executive General Manager, Concrete and Aggregates
Brett joined Adbri in 2014 when the company acquired the Direct Mix Concrete and Southern Quarries group. He has significant experience in the concrete and aggregates industry gained through national exposure in general management.
Executive General Manager, Concrete Products
Andrew was appointed Executive General Manager for Concrete Products in May 2015. He has extensive experience in the building products industry and has general management and logistics experience. Andrew has been with Adbri since 2008 in a number of senior management positions.
Executive General Manager, Cement and Lime
Brad has operational responsibility for Adbri’s national cement and lime operations. He has significant experience in construction materials and mining services. During Brad’s 25 plus year career with Adbri, he has held a number of senior positions across sales and marketing, business development, operations, transport and logistics and international business.
Executive General Manager, Marketing and International Trade
Michael was appointed to the position of Executive General Manager, Marketing and International Trade in May 2016. Prior to this Michael had responsibility for Adbri’s cement and lime business in South Australia and New South Wales. He is a sales and marketing professional with complementary operations, international trade and general management experience.
General Counsel and Company Secretary
Marcus joined Adbri in 2003 as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Marcus was previously General Counsel of ASX listed pharmaceutical company F H Faulding & Co Limited, which operated in over 70 countries. Prior to moving in-house, Marcus was a partner at a leading commercial law firm, Finlaysons.
Executive General Manager, Human Resources and Health Safety and Environment
Dimity joined Adbri in January 2016 as Executive General Manager for Human Resources and Health, Safety, and Environment. Dimity is an internationally experienced FTSE and ASX leader with proven capability creating and delivering value through enabling functions and shared services delivery in a range of industries including; water treatment, chemicals, construction, pharmaceutical and government services.
Executive General Manager, Strategic Projects
Tarmo has extensive domestic and international experience across various business streams including cement, quarries, ready mixed concrete, bitumen, asphalt, asset management, transport, logistics and civil construction. Tarmo previously held executive positions with Fulton Hogan and Hanson PLC.
