Nick Miller
Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Nick commenced as Chief Executive Officer with Adbri in late January 2019 and has over 25 years’ experience in the construction and resource sectors. In October 2021, Nick was appointed as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer.
Nick previously held the position of Managing Director and CEO of Broadspectrum, and prior to that was Managing Director of Fulton Hogan, a large resource-based contractor specialising in construction materials, infrastructure services and civil construction activities across Australia and New Zealand.
Theresa Mlikota
Chief Financial Officer
Theresa is a finance executive with over 30 years’ experience in the resources, materials and construction sectors. Theresa was previously the Chief Financial Officer of ASX listed diversified mining services company, Perenti Limited, and prior to this was Chief Financial Officer of Fulton Hogan, Thiess, Macmahon Holdings and Barminco Ltd. Theresa has extensive experience in financial risk management, company transformation (including M&A) and strategy development and delivery. Theresa is a former Chair for Mining3 and has previously served on business and industry committees for not-for-profit entities including the Salvation Army and Social Ventures Australia.
Brett Brown
Chief Operating Officer – Cement and Lime
Brett joined Adbri in 2014 in a senior management role including Executive General Manager – Concrete and Aggregates in 2018. In December 2020, Brett was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Adbri’s Cement and Lime division. He has 25 years’ experience in the construction material industry through national exposure in general management and executive leadership roles in both public and private companies. Brett is also a Non-executive Director of Mawsons Group, a 50/50 joint venture between the Mawson family and Adbri. This is a substantial business in its own right directly employing more than 500 people across regional Victoria and New South Wales, covering 35 quarries and more than 50 concrete plants.
Brett has fostered a strong culture in Adbri focused on operational excellence and customer engagement.
Andrew Dell
Chief Operating Officer – Concrete, Aggregates & Masonry
Andrew has extensive experience in the building products industry and has general management and logistics experience. Andrew has been with Adbri since 2008 in a number of senior management positions.
Brad Lemmon
Executive General Manager
Brad has significant experience in construction materials and mining services. During Brad’s 25 plus year career with Adbri, he has held a number of senior positions across sales and marketing, business development, operations, transport and logistics and international business.
Michael Miller
Chief Strategy Officer
Michael was appointed to the position of Chief Strategy Officer in April 2021. Prior to this Michael had a number of senior roles at Adbri including Executive General Manager, Marketing and International Trade, as well as leading Adbri’s cement and lime business across the Eastern States and South Australia. Michael has a broad range of management experience across operations, marketing, international trade and logistics, as well as over a decade of directorial experience serving on a number of boards.
Marcus Clayton
General Counsel & Company Secretary
Marcus joined Adbri in 2003 as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Marcus was previously General Counsel of ASX listed pharmaceutical company F H Faulding & Co Limited, which operated in over 70 countries. Prior to moving in-house, Marcus was a partner at a leading commercial law firm, Finlaysons.
Rebecca Irwin
Chief Sustainability & People Officer
Rebecca joined Adbri in 2020 and is a public policy and stakeholder engagement leader with over 20 years’ experience across the private and public sectors. Rebecca was previously Head of External Affairs at Newcrest Mining and prior to this was BHP’s Senior Government Relations Adviser. Rebecca has also worked as an international lawyer and senior public policy adviser for the Australian Government, and as a political adviser to the Prime Minister.
