Nick Miller
Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Nick commenced as Chief Executive Officer with Adbri in late January 2019 and has over 25 years’ experience in the construction and resource sectors. In October 2021, Nick was appointed as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer.
Nick previously held the position of Managing Director and CEO of Broadspectrum, and prior to that was Managing Director of Fulton Hogan, a large resource-based contractor specialising in construction materials, infrastructure services and civil construction activities across Australia and New Zealand.
Raymond Barro

Raymond was appointed Chairman in May 2019, after having been appointed to the Board in August 2008. Raymond is also a member of the Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Committee.
Raymond has over 25 years’ experience in the premixed concrete and construction materials industry.

Vanessa Guthrie

Vanessa has been a Director since February 2018 and is the Chair of the People and Culture Committee and Nomination and Governance Committee and a member of the Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Committee.
Vanessa has extensive experience in the mining and resources industry across a variety of roles including operations, environment, community, Indigenous affairs, corporate development and sustainability.

Ken Scott-Mackenzie

Ken has been a Director since 2010 and is the Chairman of the Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Committee and a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee, Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and People and Culture Committee.
Ken has over 40 years’ experience in infrastructure, construction and mining services gained in Australia and Africa, as well as extensive experience in financial, legal and commercial aspects of projects.

Geoff has been a Director since February 2018 and is a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.
Geoff has extensive experience in the finance industry with experience gained in Australia, the United Kingdom and Asia.

Michael Wright

Michael was appointed as a Director in June 2021 and is a member of the Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Committee.
Michael has over 30 years’ experience across the global resources and industrial sectors. With experience in Australia, Asia, Africa and the Americas, Michael has held senior leadership and CEO positions in multinational mining services and contracting businesses covering multiple disciplines, including mining, construction, general engineering, environmental services and utility operations.

Samantha Hogg

Samantha has over 25 years’ experience across the transport, infrastructure, energy and resources sectors, domestically and offshore. In her previous role as Chief Financial Officer at Transurban Group, she was responsible for the financing and transaction governance of a number of large acquisitions and divestments and provided key financial guidance and controls. She has also served as Chair or Committee Chair in both the public and private sectors, with a focus on the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. More recently, she has been a member of the National COVID-19 Commission Advisory Panel and the Tasmanian equivalent, focusing on the social and economic recovery from the pandemic.
